Basic Class

2 hours / 6 weeks, $200

Normal labor and birth, relaxation, breathing techniques, comfort measures, variations in normal labor, hospital labor rehearsal,  cesarean birth prevention and preparation, postpartum, parenting, and breastfeeding.  Register near your 25th week of pregnancy.    

Private Basic Class

2 hours / 6 weeks, $280

All the information in a basic series yet in a private setting. Offers flexibility for class days and times. Provides one-on-one education.

Refresher Class

2 hours / 3 weeks, $100

Information about labor and birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, birth goals, comfort measures, hospital labor rehearsal, childbirth choices. For those who have attended a class for a previous pregnancy.

Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) Class

2 hours / 5 weeks, $180

Normal labor & birth, risks & benefits of VBAC, relaxation & breathing techniques, cesarean birth, hospital labor rehearsal, childbirth choices.

Infant Care

3 hours / 1 day, $80

Basic infant care, consumer education on equipment needs, well baby checks, immunizations, breastfeeding information, newborn cues and infant development.

Newborn Massage

1 hour / 3 weeks, $60

Important stimulation and calming for both parents and baby. Promotes health for the whole family.
