      Lamaze Basic Series

               A two hour class that will cover normal labor and birth, relaxation, breathing techniques, comfort measures, variations

     in normal labor, hospital labor rehearsal, cesarean birth prevention and preparation, postpartum, parenting and breastfeeding.

     You should be near your 25th week of pregnancy.

      Lamaze Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) Class

 A two hour class that addresses normal labor and birth, risks and benefits of VBAC,

 relaxation and breathing techniques, cesarean birth, hospital labor rehearsal, childbirth choices.

 You should be near your 25th week of pregnancy to register.
